Star Poultry was founded with a strong vision to build a reliable, quality-driven frozen food company that delivers safe, hygienic, and flavour-rich meat products to the Indian market. The journey began under the leadership of Mr. Joharwar Singh, Founder & CEO, whose entrepreneurial mindset and deep understanding of the food industry laid the foundation for a brand rooted in trust, consistency, and uncompromising quality.
Guiding the company’s strategic growth is Mr. Jaspreet Singh, Managing Director, who oversees business development, long-term planning, and organizational expansion. Together, they drive Star Poultry’s mission of combining modern processing practices with authentic taste.
The backbone of Star Poultry lies in its strong operational and functional leadership. Mr. Sukhdev Singh, Farming Head, ensures responsible sourcing, livestock quality, and raw material integrity—forming the first and most critical step in our value chain. From there, Mr. Manjeet Singh, Operations Manager, leads production, processing, and quality control, ensuring that every product meets strict hygiene and performance standards.
Financial discipline and sustainability are maintained by Mr. Bhupinder Singh, Finance Head, who oversees financial planning, investments, and compliance, while Mr. Navneet Singh, Accounts Head, manages daily financial operations, audits, and transactional transparency.
Market presence and brand growth are driven by Mr. Ranjeet Singh, Marketing Head, who shapes brand communication, promotions, and outreach, and Mr. Rohit Arora, Sales Head, who leads distribution networks, key accounts, and customer partnerships across retail and food service segments.
